From the central bus station in Puerto Madryn, take a bus heading towards Playa El Doradillo. Some local buses may drop you off near the entrance of the reserve. The bus will drop you off at the intersection of Avenida Gales and Ruta Provincial 1. From there, it is a short 1 km walk to the entrance of the reserve. The bus ride takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Check local schedules ahead of time, as services may be limited. The fare is around ARS 150.

From central Puerto Madryn, head southwest on Avenida Julio A. Roca towards Avenida Gales. Turn left onto Avenida Gales and continue for about 3 km. Follow Av. Guillermo Rawson southeast for 5 km until the roundabout at Av. Roca. Take the exit onto Av. de los Pioneros, which will lead you out of the city. Follow this road for about 12 km until you see the signs for Reserva Lobería de Punta Loma on your left. Parking is available on-site. There may be an entrance fee for the reserve.
