From Mendoza city center, take RN-7 west towards Luján de Cuyo. Continue on RN-7, then take RP15 south towards Agrelo. Follow RP15, and turn onto Cobos street. Piattelli Vineyards will be on your right. The drive is approximately 45 minutes, and parking is available on-site free of charge.

From the Mendoza bus terminal, take a bus to Luján de Cuyo. Several bus lines connect Mendoza with Luján de Cuyo. From Luján, take a taxi to Piattelli Vineyards in Agrelo. The bus and taxi journey will take approximately 1 hour. Bus fare is approximately ARS 500-1000, and the taxi from Luján to Piattelli is approximately ARS 8,000-12,000.
