From the city of Mendoza, take the Route 40 South towards Luján de Cuyo. Continue for about 15 km. Once you reach the junction with Route 86, take the exit towards Luján de Cuyo. Follow Route 86 for approximately 10 km. Look for the signs indicating Rosell Boher Winery Lodge & Spa, which will be on your right at Km. 10. There is no toll on this route.
