From Iguazu Falls National Park, head northwest on Ruta 12. Continue for approximately 40 km until you reach the junction with Ruta 101. Turn right onto Ruta 101 and drive for about 15 km. Follow signs for San Ignacio, and then turn left onto Rivadavia Street. The Ruinas de San Ignacio Miní will be on your right at Rivadavia y Gendarme Medina.
