The Zanjón de Granados: Tunnels and Mystery of Buenos Aires
A nice to see, not a must see
I did the tour that combines this and casa minima in an hour. The tour guide was excellent. Very knowledgeable and passionate about her work. A lot of money and care went into restoring these places, it’s well done, it’s just not a must see if you’re limited on time or budget.

Two to Tango: A San Telmo Self Guided Walking Tour
A dive into a fascinating city and area of the city.
Magdalena explains the history of Buenos Aires and the San Telmo area very well. I love how she involves the audience. Looking forward to more of her tours in the future. Definitely recommend.

Flash Tour El Zanjon de Granados and Casa Minima Guided Tour
Well worth the time but do the full tours
Two of the oldest buildings in BA. Both buildings are privately owned and not really advertised so relatively few visitors. No need to reserve, just look on website for days/times of tours in your preferred language. I took the full El Zanjon tour one day and the full Minima house tour another day. Tour guides are a delight, everyone very helpful and excellent English. If you have time, the full tours, vs the flash, are highly recommended to understand the history of the buildings and early years of BA.
