There is not really a lot...
There is not really a lot of time spent or things to do on the two islands that you visit. The time on the lake is gorgeous, but I was disappointed in the two islands.

Hiking in Bariloche and Surroundings
Great hike
I have done the Refugio Frey hike. A lot of nice views along the way and we ate lunch inside the Refugio. Lunch was pretty good.
