Car
From the center of Purmamarca, head southeast on Route 9 (Ruta Nacional 9) towards the town of Uquía. After approximately 24 kilometers, you will arrive at the intersection with Padre Lozano Street. Turn left onto Padre Lozano and continue for about 1 kilometer. The start of Quebrada de las Señoritas will be on your right. Be sure to park safely along the roadside, as there may not be designated parking areas.
Public Transportation
To reach Comienzo Quebrada de las Señoritas via public transport, head to the main bus terminal in Purmamarca. Look for buses headed to Uquía, which run several times a day. The journey should take about 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Uquía, disembark at the main square. From there, walk along Padre Lozano Street for about 15 minutes until you reach the start of the Quebrada de las Señoritas. Be cautious as there may not be sidewalks along some parts of the road.
