Walking
If you're starting from the Rosario city center (Plaza 25 de Mayo), head southwest along Avenida Córdoba. Continue straight for about 10 blocks until you reach the intersection with Avenida Belgrano. Turn left onto Avenida Belgrano and walk 2 blocks until you reach Sarmiento Street. Turn right onto Sarmiento Street and walk until you reach the riverbank. The Cultural Center of Spain Park will be on your left at the intersection of Sarmiento and the river.
