Driving
From Salta city center, take Ruta Provincial 28 (RP28) west towards Villa San Lorenzo. Continue on RP28 until you reach Villa San Lorenzo. From the town center, follow Mariano Moreno street to the end; Reserva del Huaico will be at the end of the road. The drive is approximately 15-20 minutes. Parking is available at the reserve. There are no tolls on this route. A taxi or ride-sharing service from Salta to Reserva del Huaico would cost approximately ARS 1500-2500.

Take a bus from Salta city center to Villa San Lorenzo. The bus stop in Villa San Lorenzo is located on Avenida Juan Carlos Dávalos. From there, you can take a taxi or walk to the reserve, located at the end of Mariano Moreno street. The bus fare is approximately ARS 50-100. A taxi from the bus stop to the reserve would cost around ARS 300-500.
