From Plaza 9 de Julio, head east on Calle Mitre towards Calle Florida. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach Avenida San Martín. Turn left onto Avenida San Martín and walk for about 1 kilometer. You will pass by various shops and cafes along the way. When you reach Calle Ameghino, turn right. Paseo de la Balcarce will be on your left at Ameghino 700.

From Plaza 9 de Julio, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Avenida San Martín. Look for bus lines 5 or 7, which head towards 20 de Febrero. Board the bus and ride for about 10 minutes. Get off at the stop closest to Calle Ameghino. Walk a short distance along Calle Ameghino, and you will find Paseo de la Balcarce at Ameghino 700. A single bus fare costs approximately 61.50 ARS, but requires a Tarjeta SAETA.
