If you are starting from the Plaza Independencia in the city center, head northwest on Avenida Sarmiento towards Avenida Roca. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach Avenida Roca. Turn left onto Avenida Roca and walk for another 1.5 kilometers. After passing the intersection with Avenida Perón, continue walking until you reach Avenida Aconquija. Turn right onto Avenida Aconquija and walk approximately 500 meters until you see signs for Julio Prebisch Park on your left.

From the Plaza Independencia, take bus number 5 or 10 from the nearby bus stop. These buses head towards Yerba Buena. Stay on the bus for about 20 minutes and get off at the 'Avenida Aconquija' stop. From there, walk about 10 minutes north along Avenida Aconquija, and you will find Julio Prebisch Park on your right.
Bicycle
