From El Calafate, taxis are readily available, though not as readily available as in larger cities. A taxi to EOLO, located 23 km (14.3 miles) away on Ruta 11, takes approximately 30 minutes. Expect to pay around 30,000 ARS. Confirm the fare with the driver before starting your journey. Note that Uber and Cabify are not available in El Calafate.

Public Transport
While public buses do not run directly to EOLO, you can take a bus from El Calafate towards Perito Moreno Glacier and ask to be dropped off near Ruta 11 km 23. From there, it would be a walk to the hotel. Coordination with the hotel for pickup from the drop-off point is advisable. Bus fares from El Calafate to Perito Moreno Glacier are around $37. This option requires significant coordination and may not be ideal with luggage.

EOLO offers a complimentary roundtrip airport shuttle for its guests. This is the most convenient option. Contact EOLO in advance to arrange the shuttle service, providing your flight details. The shuttle ride from El Calafate International Airport (FTE) to EOLO takes approximately one hour.

If driving from El Calafate, take Ruta 11 west towards Perito Moreno Glacier. EOLO is located at Ruta 11 km 23, approximately 23 kilometers (14.3 miles) from El Calafate. The drive takes about 25 minutes. EOLO offers free parking for guests. Be aware that the parking is not covered.
