From Ushuaia, take the RN3 road heading southwest for about 10 km until you reach the entrance to Tierra del Fuego National Park. The entrance is well marked. Once inside the park, follow signs for the 'Cerro Guanaco Trail.' Continue on the main park road for approximately 15 km until you reach the trailhead for Cerro Guanaco. There is a parking area available, but note that there may be a parking fee of around ARS 300.
