From Tigre, head south on Ruta 9 (also known as Avenida de los Tilos) towards the city of Buenos Aires. Continue on this road for approximately 30 km until you reach the junction with Avenida General Paz. Merge onto Avenida General Paz and drive west. After about 10 km, look for the exit towards Avenida 9 de Julio, which will take you towards the city center. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida Belgrano. Turn right onto Avenida Belgrano and then left onto Peru Street. Continue on Peru Street until you reach the address: Peru 1118, San Telmo. Be mindful of parking regulations as it can be challenging in this area.

To reach Saint Elmo from Tigre via public transport, start by taking the Tigre Train (Tren de la Costa) from Tigre station to the Retiro station in Buenos Aires. The journey takes approximately 55 minutes. From Retiro, exit the station and transfer to the subway (Subte) Line C towards Constitución. Get off at the San Juan station. From there, you can either walk (about 1 km) or take a taxi for a short ride to Peru 1118 in San Telmo. The taxi ride should cost around 200-300 ARS, depending on traffic.
