From Buenos Aires, take the Mitre Line train (Retiro-Tigre branch) to Tigre station. From there, follow the walking directions to reach the Estación Fluvial or take a bus or taxi to Puerto de Frutos. The bus 60 will also take you from Buenos Aires to Tigre.
