    If you're driving to Plaza Francia from anywhere in Tigre, head southwest on Avenida Cazón towards Ruta 9. Merge onto Ruta 9 (also known as Acceso Norte) and continue for about 30 kilometers. Take the exit towards Avenida del Libertador, which will lead you directly toward Plaza Francia. Once on Avenida del Libertador, continue until you reach the address at Av. del Libertador 1400.
