    Car

    From the center of Tilcara, head southwest on Ruta Nacional 9 (RN9) towards the village of Huacalera. After approximately 4 kilometers, look for the turnoff to the left onto a gravel road that leads to Garganta del Diablo. Continue on this road for about 3 kilometers until you reach the parking area at the trailhead. Parking is free. From here, you will need to hike approximately 1 kilometer along a marked trail to reach the scenic viewpoint of Garganta del Diablo.

    Public Transportation

    To reach Garganta del Diablo via public transportation, you can take a local bus from the main bus terminal in Tilcara. Look for a bus heading towards Huacalera or Uquía. The ticket will cost around ARS 150. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Garganta del Diablo. The bus ride takes about 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive, you may need to walk approximately 1.5 kilometers along a dirt path to reach the viewpoint. Make sure to check the bus schedules for the return trip.
