Bus
To reach Cerro Alarken from central Ushuaia, start at the main bus terminal located at Av. Maipú 200. Take Bus Line B towards 'Cerro Alarken'. The ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Ask the driver to let you off at the stop nearest to 'Cerro Alarken'. Once you get off, follow the signs or ask locals for directions to the observation deck. It is a short walk uphill.
Walking
If you are close to the waterfront area near Av. San Martín, you can walk to Cerro Alarken. Start at the corner of Av. San Martín and Av. Maipú. Head south on Av. Maipú for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Av. Gobernador Paz. Turn left onto Av. Gobernador Paz and continue straight until you reach the base of Cerro Alarken. From there, follow the marked trails to the observation deck, which is about a 20-minute hike uphill.
Taxi
For a more convenient option, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Ushuaia. Simply tell the driver you want to go to 'Cerro Alarken'. Taxis are available throughout the city, and the drive should take around 15 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you arrive, the taxi can drop you off at the base of the observation area.
