Getting There
Walking
Start at the Ushuaia city center, specifically at Plaza Malvinas Argentinas. Head west on Avenida San Martín until you reach the intersection with Avenida Maipú. Turn left onto Avenida Maipú and continue straight until you reach the end of the road, which turns into Avenida Héroes de Malvinas. Follow this road as it curves and leads you towards the coast. Continue walking along the coastline until you reach the sign for Letrero Ushuaia. The walk is approximately 2.5 km and takes about 30-40 minutes.
Public Transport
From the city center, take Bus Line D, which has stops near Plaza Malvinas Argentinas. The bus will take you towards the end of the city, where Letrero Ushuaia is located. Get off at the stop closest to the Letrero, which is about a 15-minute ride. After disembarking, follow the signs for the Letrero Ushuaia, which is a short walk from the bus stop.
Bike Rental
Rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in Ushuaia, many of which are located near the waterfront. Once you have your bike, head west along Avenida San Martín, then turn onto Avenida Maipú. Continue straight until the road becomes Avenida Héroes de Malvinas, and follow it along the coast. The ride is approximately 2.5 km and should take around 15-20 minutes. Be sure to lock your bike at the Letrero Ushuaia while you enjoy the view!
