For those who enjoy a longer trek, you can walk from the city center to Estancia La Carmen. Start at Avenida San Martín and head north towards Av. Maipú. Turn left onto Av. Maipú, then continue straight until you reach Ruta N 3. Follow Ruta N 3 for about 8 kilometers (5 miles). The walk will take approximately 2 hours, so be prepared with water and comfortable walking shoes. You'll see the entrance to Estancia La Carmen on your left.
