Car
From the center of Villa La Angostura, head south on Avenida Arrayanes. After approximately 5 km, turn right onto Ruta Nacional 40 (RN40) heading towards San Martín de los Andes. Continue on RN40 for about 7 km, then take the exit towards the road leading to the Waterfall Rio Bonito. Follow signs for approximately 4 km until you reach the parking area near the trailhead.
Public Transportation
Take a local bus from Villa La Angostura to San Martín de los Andes. The bus departs from the main bus terminal in Villa La Angostura. Inform the driver you want to get off at the stop for Waterfall Rio Bonito, which is around 12 km from Villa La Angostura. After alighting, walk approximately 2 km along the gravel path following the signs to reach the waterfall.
