    From Chandler, head to the nearest Valley Metro bus stop. You can catch Route 156 heading north towards Phoenix. Ride the bus until you reach the stop at the intersection of Scottsdale Rd & Drinkwater Blvd. Once you disembark, walk east on Drinkwater Blvd for about 5 minutes. The Scottsdale Civic Center will be on your left at 3939 N Drinkwater Blvd.

    If you're comfortable biking, you can rent a bike from one of the local bike-sharing stations in Chandler. Head north towards the Arizona Canal Trail. Follow the trail until you reach the Scottsdale area. Once you get to Drinkwater Blvd, turn left and continue biking for about 10 minutes until you reach the Scottsdale Civic Center at 3939 N Drinkwater Blvd.
