To reach the Scottsdale Historical Museum from downtown Chandler, start by heading to the nearest bus stop. Look for Route 156 (Chandler to Scottsdale) at the nearest bus stop. Board the bus and remain on it until you reach the 'Scottsdale Rd & Indian School Rd' stop. Once you get off, walk north on Scottsdale Rd for about 0.5 miles (approximately 10 minutes) until you reach E Scottsdale Mall. The museum is located at 7333 E Scottsdale Mall, on your left.

If you prefer to bike, you can rent a bike from one of the local bike-sharing services available in Chandler. Start by heading towards the Arizona Canal Trail. Follow the trail north until you reach the intersection with the Greenbelt Trail. Continue on the Greenbelt Trail until you reach Scottsdale. Once in Scottsdale, head west on E Indian School Rd until you reach Scottsdale Rd, then turn right and continue for a short distance until you reach E Scottsdale Mall. The museum will be on your right at 7333 E Scottsdale Mall.

Turn right on W Warner Rd and walk all the way to N Scottsdale Rd. Once you reach Scottsdale Rd, turn left and continue walking north. After about 4 miles, you will reach E Indian School Rd. Turn right and walk for a few blocks until you come to E Scottsdale Mall, where the museum is located at 7333 E Scottsdale Mall on your left.
