Make sure to check the bus schedule for the most recent timings. Stay on the bus until you reach the stop at 44th St & Thomas Rd. From there, transfer to Bus Route 50, which will take you to 44th St & Camelback Rd. Disembark at this stop. Finally, you can either walk to the Cholla Trailhead, which is approximately a 20-minute walk, or you can catch a local ride-share service for the remaining distance.

  • Bicycle

    If you feel adventurous, consider renting a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Gilbert. Start your journey heading north on Greenfield Rd until you reach the intersection with McKellips Rd. Continue west on McKellips Rd until you reach the intersection with 56th St. Turn north onto 56th St and follow it until you reach Camelback Rd. Turn west onto Camelback Rd and continue until you reach Invergordon Rd. Finally, turn north onto Invergordon Rd and follow it to the Cholla Trailhead. The total biking distance is approximately 12 miles and may take around 1 hour.

Head north on Gilbert Rd until you reach the intersection with Main St. Continue west along Main St until you reach the intersection with Recker Rd. Turn north onto Recker Rd and follow it until you hit the intersection with McDowell Rd. From there, head east on McDowell Rd and then turn north onto Invergordon Rd. The Cholla Trailhead will be on your left. This walking route is approximately 8 miles and could take around 2.5 to 3 hours, depending on your pace.
