From the Gilbert town center, walk to the nearest Valley Metro bus stop at Gilbert Rd & Page Ave. Take Bus Route 120 towards Tempe. Get off at the stop at Scottsdale Rd & 2nd St. From there, it's a short 5-minute walk to the Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art located at 7374 E 2nd St, Scottsdale, AZ 85251. Head west on E 2nd St and you will see the museum on your right.

If you're renting a bike, start from the Gilbert Town Square. Head north on Gilbert Rd until you reach the intersection with E Baseline Rd. Turn right and follow Baseline Rd until you reach Scottsdale Rd. Turn left on Scottsdale Rd and continue cycling north for about 5 miles. Once you reach E 2nd St, turn right, and the Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art will be on your right at 7374 E 2nd St.

If you're in the downtown area of Gilbert, you can start at the Gilbert Heritage District. Walk north along Gilbert Rd towards E Boston St. Continue along Gilbert Rd until you reach E Baseline Rd. From there, you can take a public bus (Route 120) towards Tempe.
