    From the Gilbert Town Hall, head west on E Civic Center Dr towards S Gilbert Rd. Turn left onto S Gilbert Rd and walk south until you reach W Page Ave. Turn right onto W Page Ave, and the Water Tower Plaza will be on your left. The walk is approximately 0.3 miles.

    From the Gilbert Public Library, walk to the nearest bus stop at the intersection of Gilbert Rd and Juniper Ave. Take Valley Metro Bus Route 136 heading west. Get off at the Page Ave stop, then walk east for about 0.1 miles. Water Tower Plaza will be located at 45 W Page Ave on your left. A single ride on Valley Metro costs $2.00.
