If you are driving to Lees Ferry Launch, start from the main visitor center of Glen Canyon National Recreation Area. Head southeast on US-89 from the visitor center. Continue for about 15 miles until you see the signs for Marble Canyon. Turn left onto AZ-98 W and follow it for approximately 5 miles until you reach Spencer Trail. Turn right onto Spencer Trail and drive for another half mile; you will find the Lees Ferry Launch area on your left. There is parking available near the boat ramp.
