Driving
The Toadstool Hoodoos Trailhead is located directly off Highway 89, approximately 45 miles east of Kanab, Utah, and 29 miles west of Page, Arizona. The turnoff is easy to miss, so use a GPS navigation app. There is a dirt and gravel parking lot at the trailhead. Parking is free. No entrance fees or permits are required.
Walking
From the parking area, the Toadstool Hoodoos Trail is a 1.5-mile round trip hike. The trail travels through a sandy wash towards the northern rim of a small canyon. Follow the well-defined trail, keeping an eye out for cairns (small rock piles) that mark the route. The hike is relatively easy, with minimal elevation gain. Allow approximately 1-2 hours for the hike.
