Getting There

  • Public Bus

    If you are starting from downtown Mesa, walk to the Mesa Downtown Transit Center located at 1 S Macdonald. From there, take Valley Metro Bus Route 30 heading eastbound. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes, and get off at the stop on N Power Rd & E McKellips Rd. From this stop, transfer to Bus Route 120 going northbound. Ride for about 10 minutes and get off at the stop at N 64th St. Walk west for about 5 minutes to reach Granite Reef Park located at 1111 N 64th St.

  • Bicycle

    If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from any of the local bike rental shops in downtown Mesa. Head east on E Main St towards N Power Rd. Continue on E Main St which will turn into E McKellips Rd. Once you reach N Power Rd, turn left and head north. After about 2 miles, turn left onto E McDowell Rd then a quick right onto N 64th St. Continue straight for about 1 mile to Granite Reef Park.

  • Walking

    If you are near Red Mountain Park, you can walk to Granite Reef Park. Exit the park and head south on N 48th St. After about 0.5 miles, turn east onto E McKellips Rd. Walk along E McKellips Rd for about 1.5 miles until you reach N 64th St. Turn north and walk for approximately 0.5 miles to find Granite Reef Park.
