To reach Papago Park from downtown Mesa, you can take Valley Metro Bus Route 30. Start by walking to the nearest bus stop on Main Street and Center Street. Board the bus heading west. After about 30 minutes, get off at the stop at McDowell Rd & 64th St. From there, it's a 15-minute walk east on McDowell Rd, turning left onto Galvin Parkway, until you reach the entrance of Papago Park at 625 N Galvin Pkwy.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in Mesa. Start by heading south on Center Street, then turn left onto 1st Avenue. Continue until you reach the KYMCO Trail. Follow the trail west until you reach McDowell Rd, then turn right and continue until you reach Galvin Parkway. Turn left and ride until you arrive at Papago Park.

If you're up for a hike, you can walk to Papago Park from downtown Mesa. Head south on Main Street towards the light rail station. Once you reach the station, take the light rail towards Phoenix. Get off at the 44th Street and Washington stop. From there, walk south along 44th Street, then take a right onto McDowell Rd. Continue until you reach Galvin Parkway. Turn left, and you'll find the entrance to Papago Park.
