From downtown Mesa, head to the nearest bus stop on Main St and take Valley Metro bus route 30 towards Phoenix. Stay on the bus for about 30-40 minutes until you reach the stop at 1st Ave and Adams St. Once you get off, walk west on Adams St for two blocks. The Wells Fargo Museum will be on your left at 145 W Adams St.
Light Rail
Make your way to the Mesa Arts Center light rail station. Board the light rail heading towards Sycamore/Main St. After about 20 minutes, transfer at the 44th St/Washington station to the light rail towards the West Valley.
