The Mesa Amphitheatre is accessible via the Valley Metro Light Rail. Take the light rail to the Main Street & Center station. From there, it's approximately an 8-minute walk to the amphitheater. A single ride fare on the light rail costs $2.00.
Walking
From the intersection of University Drive and Center Street in downtown Mesa, the Mesa Amphitheatre is located on the southeast corner. Walk south on Center Street. The amphitheater will be on your left, on the Mesa Convention Center campus.
Driving
The Mesa Amphitheatre is located at 263 N Center Street in downtown Mesa. If driving, paid on-site parking is available for around $10-$15, but spaces fill up quickly. Alternative parking garages and lots are available within walking distance. Parking prices vary.

Since opening in 1979, the Mesa Amphitheatre has been a cornerstone of Mesa's cultural scene. This outdoor venue, owned and operated by the City of Mesa Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities Department, has a maximum capacity of 4,950. Its tiered lawn design ensures good views of the stage, creating an intimate atmosphere for both large and small acts.The Mesa Amphitheatre has hosted a wide array of internationally recognized artists, including Bob Dylan, The Beach Boys, and The Smashing Pumpkins. Beyond concerts, the venue also hosts local festivals and community events, such as the Arizona Celebration of Freedom.The amphitheater underwent renovations in 1990 to enhance acoustics and improve seating, with further expansion in 2015 to improve the visitor experience. Despite these improvements, the venue has retained its original 1970s design, maintaining a cool and cozy atmosphere. The Mesa Amphitheatre is located on the Mesa Convention Center campus, offering convenient access to nearby amenities.
