From Kayenta, AZ: Head north on US-163 for approximately 22 miles. The entrance to Monument Valley Navajo Tribal Park will be on your left. Follow the signs to the visitor center and viewpoint. From Mexican Hat, UT: Travel south on US-163 for about 25 miles. The park entrance will be on your right, clearly marked. Continue to the visitor center. Once inside the park, follow the signs to the designated parking area for the viewpoint. Note that there is an entry fee of $8 per person per day. Be prepared for potential delays during peak season.
