If you're in downtown Prescott, start at the Courthouse Plaza. Head west on Gurley Street for about three blocks until you reach the intersection with Montezuma Street. Turn right onto Montezuma Street and continue walking north. After a couple of blocks, you'll come to the intersection with Whiskey Row, where you can see local shops and restaurants. Keep heading north until you reach the intersection with Willow Creek Road. At this point, you can either continue straight or follow Willow Creek Road to reach the Horse Statue. The statue is located in the vicinity of the Prescott Valley area, so you may need to ask locals for the best walking route if you're unsure.
Biking
For those who prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the local shops near the Courthouse Plaza. Start your ride south on Montezuma Street and follow it until you reach the intersection with Gurley Street. At Gurley Street, take a left and continue east until you hit Willow Creek Road. Take a right on Willow Creek Road. Follow this road, and keep an eye out for the Horse Statue. It should be on your left as you approach the Prescott Valley area.
Public Transport
Currently, Prescott does not have extensive public transportation options. However, you can check if there are any shuttle services or local buses that might take you closer to the Prescott Valley area. Start at the Prescott Transit Center near the Courthouse Plaza, and inquire about routes that go toward the Horse Statue location. If available, take the bus that goes in that direction and be sure to ask the driver for the nearest stop to the Horse Statue.
