If you're starting from the Scottsdale Waterfront, head south on N Scottsdale Rd towards E Camelback Rd. Turn left onto E Camelback Rd and continue until you reach N Craftsman Ct. Turn right onto N Craftsman Ct and walk until you arrive at Rockbar Inc., located at 4245 N Craftsman Ct. This should take you about 20 minutes.
Public Transportation

From the Scottsdale Civic Center, walk to the nearest bus stop at N Drinkwater Blvd & E Indian School Rd. Take the Valley Metro Bus Route 72 heading south. Get off at E Camelback Rd & N Craftsman Ct. From there, walk east on E Camelback Rd and turn right onto N Craftsman Ct. Rockbar Inc. will be on your left at 4245 N Craftsman Ct. The bus ride and walking should take about 30 minutes total.
Bicycle

If you have a bicycle, you can rent one at any of the local bike rental shops. Start from the Old Town area and head north on N Scottsdale Rd. Continue until you reach E Camelback Rd, then turn left. Ride until you reach N Craftsman Ct, and turn right. Rockbar Inc. is located at 4245 N Craftsman Ct. The ride should take around 15-20 minutes depending on your speed.
