Slide Rock State Park is located on Highway 89A, approximately 7 miles (11 km) north of Sedona and 21 miles (34 km) south of Flagstaff. From Sedona, drive north on 89A. The park entrance will be on your left. From Flagstaff, head south on 89A. The park entrance will be on your right. Typical parking costs: $20 per vehicle (up to 4 adults) Monday through Thursday, and $30 Friday through Sunday and holiday Mondays. There is an additional fee of $5 per individual or bicycle. Limited roadside parking is available about half a mile north of the park entrance on Coconino National Forest land, requiring a $5 Red Rock Pass.

Public Transport
While there is no direct public transportation to Slide Rock State Park, the Greyhound bus stops in Sedona. From the Sedona bus stop, a taxi or rideshare service (such as Uber or Lyft) is required to reach the park. The taxi fare from Sedona to Slide Rock State Park is approximately $20-$24 and takes about 14 minutes. Alternatively, Amtrak provides train service to Flagstaff, which is about 22 miles from the park. From the Flagstaff station, you can take a taxi or rideshare to the park.
