Public Transit
Start at the Tempe Transit Center located at 200 E 5th St, Tempe, AZ 85281. From there, board the Valley Metro Light Rail heading towards the direction of 'Mesa'. Travel for approximately 10 stops (about 25 minutes) until you reach the 'Central Ave/Washington' station in Phoenix. Transfer to the Bus Route 1 (the bus stop is nearby at Central Ave & Washington St). Take Bus Route 1 heading southbound for about 12 stops (approximately 30 minutes) until you reach 'Baseline Rd & 24th St'. Transfer to Bus Route 7, heading east, for another 6 stops (around 15-20 minutes) until you reach '24th St & Southern Ave'. From there, you will need to walk about 10 minutes east on Southern Ave, then turn south on 32nd St. Continue straight until you reach Mineral Rd, and turn east on Mineral Rd to arrive at Mystery Castle, located at 800 E Mineral Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85042.
Bicycle
If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike from one of the many bike-sharing locations in Tempe. Start at the Tempe Town Lake area and head south on the Rio Salado Pathway. Continue along the river until you reach the intersection with 24th St. Turn right (south) on 24th St and follow it until you reach Southern Ave. Turn left (east) on Southern Ave and continue until you reach 32nd St. Turn right (south) on 32nd St and proceed straight until you reach Mineral Rd. Turn left (east) on Mineral Rd, and you will find Mystery Castle at 800 E Mineral Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85042.

If you're up for a long walk, start in downtown Tempe at the Tempe Town Lake. Walk east towards Rural Rd, then head south on Rural Rd until you reach Southern Ave. Turn left (east) on Southern Ave and continue walking until you reach 32nd St. Turn right (south) on 32nd St and walk straight until you reach Mineral Rd. Turn left (east) on Mineral Rd, and you will arrive at Mystery Castle, located at 800 E Mineral Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85042. This walk is approximately 6 miles and will take about 2 hours depending on your pace.
