Driving
Arcosanti is located approximately 70 miles north of Phoenix. From Phoenix, take Interstate 17 North to State Route 69. Head east on State Route 69, then turn north onto Cross L Road. Follow Cross L Road to Arcosanti. Parking is available at the Visitor Center. Be aware that the road leading to Arcosanti is unpaved. Expect the drive to take approximately 1.5 hours from Phoenix. There is no charge for parking.
Public Transport
While public transportation to Arcosanti is possible, it requires multiple transfers and a significant time commitment. From Phoenix, take the Valley Metro bus to Camp Verde. From Camp Verde, you will need to take a taxi or rideshare service to Arcosanti, as there is no direct public transportation. The taxi fare from Camp Verde to Arcosanti can range from $60-$120. Due to the limited availability of taxis and rideshares in Camp Verde, it is highly recommended to arrange transportation in advance.
