Car
If you are driving from Yuma, head south on S 4th Ave toward E 32nd St. Continue on S 4th Ave until you reach the intersection with I-8. Merge onto I-8 E and drive for approximately 20 miles. Take exit 164 for US-95 S toward San Luis. Continue on US-95 S for about 10 miles. Turn left onto Wildlife Way (you will see signs for Imperial National Wildlife Refuge). Follow Wildlife Way for about 2 miles until you reach the entrance of the refuge at 12812 Wildlife Way, Yuma, AZ 85365.

For those using public transportation, take the Yuma County Area Transit (YCAT) bus service. Board a bus on the YCAT Route 1 (Downtown Yuma to San Luis) and travel to the stop near the intersection of US-95 and Avenue B.
