    From Yuma, take US-95 North. Approximately 40 miles from Yuma, turn at mile marker 55 onto Castle Dome Mine Road. Follow Castle Dome Mine Road for 10 miles to the museum. The first 3 miles are paved, followed by 7 miles of gravel road. A standard vehicle is usually sufficient, though high clearance can be helpful. Note that the road passes through Yuma Proving Ground land where stopping is prohibited.
