Driving
Fossil Flats Trailhead is located within Devil's Den State Park. From West Fork, Arkansas, head west on AR-74 for approximately 8 miles. The park entrance will be on your left. Once inside the park, follow the signs to Camping Area A; the trailhead is located at the back of the campground. Parking is available at the trailhead. Parking is free.
Walking
If you are already within Devil's Den State Park, follow the park's internal roads or trails towards Camping Area A. The trailhead is located near the walk-in campsite parking area, not far from the bridge and trailhead for Yellow Rock Trail. Look for signs indicating the start of the Fossil Flats Trail.
