Getting There

  • Walking

    From downtown Fayetteville (e.g., Fayetteville Town Center), head west on Mountain Street. Turn right onto College Avenue (US-71B) and then left onto W Maple St. Continue on W Maple St until N Skyline Dr, then turn right. Mt. Sequoyah Cross will be on your left. The walk is approximately 1.5 miles and takes about 30 minutes.

    Catch the Razorback Transit bus (Route 5) at the nearest stop. Ride the bus towards the Mt. Sequoyah route and get off at the stop closest to Skyline Dr. Walk about 0.2 miles east on Skyline Dr to reach Mt. Sequoyah Cross. A single bus fare is approximately $1-3.

  • Car

    From I-49, take exit 64 (Wedington Road) east. Wedington becomes North Street. Turn right on Mission Boulevard, then left on Maple Street. Turn right onto Assembly Drive and follow it up the mountain to Mt. Sequoyah. Continue onto W. Skyline Drive to reach the cross. Parking is available on the Mount Sequoyah campus.
