From the main visitor center of Hot Springs National Park, head east on Central Avenue (US-270) for about 1.5 miles. Turn right onto Lake Hamilton Drive and follow it for approximately 3 miles. Kelly's Island will be on your left at 1 Kelly's Island, Hot Springs, AR 71901. Free parking is available near the entrance.

From the main bus stop at the Hot Springs Visitor Center, take the local bus service (Hot Springs Transit) Route 4 towards Lake Hamilton. You will need to pay a fare; a one-way ride is approximately $1.75. Get off near Lake Hamilton Drive and follow it to Kelly's Island.

Rent a bike from a local shop in downtown Hot Springs. Head south on Central Avenue, following the same route as for cars. The ride is roughly 5 miles and should take around 20-30 minutes. Be cautious as some sections do not have dedicated bike lanes. Once you reach Lake Hamilton Drive, Kelly's Island will be on your left at 1 Kelly's Island, Hot Springs, AR 71901.
