From downtown North Little Rock, take Broadway Street north towards the Arkansas River. Cross the river and continue onto Cook's Landing Road. Follow Cook's Landing Road until you reach Campbell Lake Park on your left. Parking is available at the end of the parking lot near the Big Dam Bridge. Parking is free.

If you're near the Big Dam Bridge, simply walk towards the north side of the river. Campbell Lake Park is located at the base of the bridge on the North Little Rock side. Follow the paved path into the park. There is no fee for walking or entering the park.

Check the local North Little Rock public transport schedule for bus routes that stop near Burns Park or Cook's Landing Road. From the bus stop, walk along Cook's Landing Road towards the Big Dam Bridge. Campbell Lake Park will be on your left. A single bus fare is typically around $1.25.
