From a pretend grocery store and construction zone to a dress-up area with costumes and a water play table, there's something to capture every child's interest. The center also includes an art section where kids can create their masterpieces and a dedicated indoor playground for burning off energy. The Wonder Place was founded in 2006 by Cathleen McFarlin and Julie Crouch, who envisioned a simple, educational, and imaginative space for kids to explore and play. In October 2020, the DiPippa family took over, continuing the legacy and planning future enhancements like parents' night out, after-hours events, classes, and exhibit updates. The facility is wheelchair accessible, ensuring that children of all abilities can participate. The Wonder Place also hosts birthday parties and special events, with party rooms available and various birthday packages to suit different needs.
