    From any location within Pinnacle Mountain State Park, exit the park and head south on AR-300 S. After approximately 5 miles, merge onto I-430 S toward Little Rock. Continue on I-430 S for about 6 miles. Take exit 1B for I-30 W toward Texarkana. After 2 miles, take exit 141B toward AR-10 W/Cantrell Rd. Merge onto AR-10 W/Cantrell Rd and continue for approximately 3 miles. Turn right onto President Clinton Ave, and you will find William E. Clark Presidential Park Wetlands at 618 President Clinton Ave, Little Rock, AR 72201. Parking is available near the park.
