Walking
From Alaverdi's central square, head south on Tigran Mets Avenue. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the junction with the road leading to Vanadzor. Turn right and continue walking for approximately 2 kilometers. You'll pass through a residential area, so keep an eye out for local shops and cafes. Once you reach the outskirts of Vanadzor, follow signs for Lori Castle. The castle is located about 1 kilometer from the city center.

At the Alaverdi bus station, take a bus heading to Vanadzor. The ride takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Vanadzor bus station, exit and walk towards Tigran Mets Avenue. From there, head southwest on Tigran Mets Avenue for about 1 kilometer until you reach the castle.

Shared Taxi
Find a shared taxi at the Alaverdi taxi stand that is heading to Vanadzor. The ride should cost a small fee and will take around 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Vanadzor, ask the driver to drop you off at Tigran Mets Avenue. Walk southwest on Tigran Mets Avenue for about 1 kilometer until you arrive at Lori Castle.
