Walking
From the center of Alaverdi, begin your journey by heading north on Tigran Mets Avenue. Continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Gharabagh Street. Turn left onto Gharabagh Street and follow it for another 1 kilometer. After crossing the river, you will see the signs for Odzun. Continue straight on the main road, which will lead you into the village of Odzun. Look for signs directing you to the Horomayri Monastery, which is located approximately 2 kilometers from the village center. The monastery will be on your right-hand side.
Public Transport
From the center of Alaverdi, locate the nearest bus stop and take a minibus (marshrutka) heading towards Odzun. The fare is usually around 100 AMD. The ride will take about 20-30 minutes. Inform the driver that you are going to Horomayri Monastery, and they will drop you off at the nearest point. From there, walk for approximately 2 kilometers towards the direction of the monastery, following the signs along the road.
