Car
If you're starting from the Aparan Reservoir area, take the main road heading towards Hrazdan. Follow the road for approximately 15 kilometers. As you approach the town of Hrazdan, you will see signs for Kentron Mountain. Turn onto the road that leads into the mountain area. Continue driving until you reach the parking area near the base of Kentron Mountain. Parking is free, but be sure to check for any local regulations.
Public Transportation
To reach Kentron Mountain from Aparan Reservoir using public transportation, first take a minibus (marshrutka) from Aparan to Hrazdan. The marshrutkas run frequently, and the fare is typically around 500 AMD (Armenian Dram). Once you arrive in Hrazdan, you may need to take a taxi to the base of Kentron Mountain, as public transport may not service the area directly. Taxi fares can vary, but expect to pay around 1500-3000 AMD for the short trip.
Walking/Hiking
If you prefer an adventurous option, you can hike to Kentron Mountain. From the parking area, follow the marked trails that lead up to the mountain.
