Start from the central square of Aparan, located near the main bus station. Head east on Gagik Tsarukyan Street until you reach the crossroad with Gharabagh Street. Turn left onto Gharabagh Street and continue walking straight for about 500 meters. You will pass by local shops and cafes. After reaching the intersection with Aygedzor Street, turn right. Continue on Aygedzor Street for another 300 meters until you reach a small park. The Eagle Statue is located at the park's entrance, prominently displayed.
